My client does performance review of employees on probation and would like to set up a separate performance template. The probation period is three months.
Employees will be reviewed on probation goals, but will be reviewed three times and the end of each month and will have a rating at the end of each month. Holding the three ratings and review comments are quintessential to the clients business process.
Can you please advise from your experiences what is the best way to set up such scenarios?
