American Express Non-Financial Transactions

Summary:

We are implementing AMEX corporate card integration for mulitple BUs.

According to Oracle document, to upload American Express non-financial transactions, you must create the lookup type EXM_CC_AMEX_NF_FEES. Non-financial transactions are transactions where the MIS transaction code is NF in the corporate card transactions file. 

We have one BU would like to import the NF transaction but the other doesn't want to. IS this function can set up by BUs?
