Corporate Card duplicate transactions when card is replaced

Replacement Corporate cards following card expiry or lost and stolen are applying duplicated transactions into Fusion.

Content (required):

The transactions in the CDF file from Card Issuer are separated using a 'transferred from' (old card) and 'transferred to' (new card). These fields are populated if a replacement card is in play. However the transaction id is still unique even though the transactions themselves are identical. We've tested applying the same transaction id and the duplicate doesn't load, which is the behaviour we want. How can the duplicates be inactivated or suppressed?

We're raising an enhancement request on this, but want to know if other customers have seen this.
