Document Record Application Task not working

Hello,

We're setting up a Journey where HRs need to access the Document Record section for some employees. When the HR user clicks on the "Application task" link, he gets the error displayed below; however, the same user is able to access the Document Record page for the selected employee from Talent Profile.


Does anyone know what is wrong in this Journey?
