Performance Eligibility formula based on absences

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to define Performance Document eligibility based on the number of the leaves.

If a person has taken more than 80 days of absence in that particular performance cycle, then they should not be eligible for the Performance Document. But we do not have any absence related DBIs in 'Participation and Rate Eligibility' formula type to define this condition.

Has anyone ever worked on such requirement before? Please advise.
