employee & manager are evaluating last year achievements & setting goals to next year all at once.

The desired process flow is self-review > managers review (matrix, direct and second level) > discussion > employee sign-off.

Currently we are struggling with system functionality as following:

  1. Our evaluation task must combine 2 goal sections – last year & next year - at the same step
  2. Be able to roll goals from the PA form to the goal module for both goal plans (last year & next year) - without adding an additional step to en employee
  3. Be able to roll goals from the goal module to the PA form (again, both goal plans - last year & next year)
