Managing multiple performance documents in a customer service firm
We are a large customer service firm. Our organization employs almost 10,000 people. For monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reviews, we now use around 100 performance templates.
We recognize that maintaining 100 templates will be exceedingly difficult. We are actively investigating ways to minimize the number of performance templates by standardizing some of them.
Have you encountered any such requirements? What are your thoughts on such a requirement?
