Migrate a sandbox that has not been published to a lower environment

This is a time sensitive question as we have a refresh scheduled tomorrow and we have a sandbox with a lot of Performance template related personalization's that has not yet been moved to PROD due to client reasons .

We need to protect this sandbox and move it at the bare minimum to a lower environment .

I tried to look for the option of "Export Sandbox " - but did not find it. I downloaded the " . JAR" file.

In the target environment , I set profile "FND_DISABLE_SANDBOX_IMPORT" to No to allow for Import. But I did not find this option to Import.
