Business Level at Collections Dashboard not getting defaulted

Summary: Business Level on Collection Dashboard defaults to Null irrespective of the setup

The collections preferences is configured at Site level and customers were loaded. The Customers on the Collection Dashboard doesn't default the Business Level to Site. It is blank. Understand there is no way to update the Business Level through Rest API or FBDI.
