Summary: How to process credit card transactions that are already paid for termed employees.

What I would really like though is to know what is the correct process for when an employee is terminated/inactivated but there are still Amex transactions outstanding. According to Oracle's documentation, the 'Process Inactive Employee's Corporate Card Transactions' works only for unpaid (Amex) transactions. In our case the transactions are already paid, just the expenses need processing.
