How to use Date of Birth of a newborn to restrict enrollment?

Summary:

Require Date of Birth as an additional restriction on enrollment timeliness.

Content (required):

We are using add Contact (Relationship = Child) to trigger an Add Dependent Life Event and set the Timeliness Days to 90.   The rule is to allow enrollment of newborn up to 90 days from the Date of Birth.

The life event occurred date is the Contact Effective Start Date. The Enrollment Period End Date is also 90 days after event date. This causes an issue when employees do not use the Date of Birth as the Contact Effective Date and use the current date. This set the Enrollment End Date to beyond 90 days from Date of Birth. How do I use Date of Birth of the newborn as an additional restriction on the enrollment?
