Implementing Fusion Benefits mid year

Summary:

Our current ben admin contract is up Aug 2023, and we are looking to move benefits into Oracle. We currently use the recruiting, learn and all other HCM modules just not benefits. Any pros and cons you have come across for this implementation, and a rough timeline of how long the build out took you? I have downloaded the guide but looking for first hand experience with the implementation.
