HCM Checklist Usage Analysis Report
What are the benefits of running this report?
We have a business need to archive/purge allocated checklists for inactive workers. We recently ran the HCM Checklist Usage Analysis Report and found number of completed/open allocations from 3-6 months ago, 6 months - 1 year ago.
Would the purpose of this report be to merely identify the completed/open allocation ratios? We are thinking best practices would result in the following steps:
Build OTBI analyses using the HCM Checklist Usage Analysis Report data as a reference point
Transfer OTBI info to HDL to complete/archive/purge certain info
