Summary:

I have two issues:

  1. When I opened the application for first time the "Allow Manual Release" for the Hold "Incomplete Invoice" is not enabled , though we can see "Allow Holds Resolution Routing" is enabled but once we edit the hold, then "Allow Holds Resolution Routing" cant be enabled alone without enabling "Allow Manual Release". Why so ?
  2. My approval rule is working fine for Hold Resolution workflow assignment based on the given condition. Certainly the exclusion rule is not working, I can see the "IF" part of exclusion rule can be used to assign the approval workflow based on a separate condition but the "
