Losing eligible after assigning goals

Hi Team,

Initially, an employee was deemed eligible for a goal assignment and created a goal accordingly. However, it was later discovered that the employee is actually ineligible for the goal based on updated criteria. How can the eligibility of the employee be revoked in this situation? Can we do it for selected population?
