23A Matrix Manager Performance Feedback Notification

Summary:

We have seen the new feature in 23A "CONFIGURE NOTIFICATION FOR AUTOMATICALLY POPULATED MATRIX MANAGER PARTICIPANTS IN PERFORMANCE DOCUMENTS".

Currently, we are attaching the performance document to matrix manager to evaluate similar to the line manager using the Auto assign feature in the performance template.

Using the custom report bursting option, once the document is assigned to the matrix manager, we burst the notification and it goes to outlook email only. We were waiting for this feature and eventually, it came, but not helpful.

When I use the eligibility process to assign the document for a specific period, the document gets assigned to the line manager and matrix manager, but no notification fires to the matrix manager even though we checked the notification "Participant Feedback - Notify automatically populated matrix manager participant worker's performance document created"
