Enable Keep Me Signed In feature and continue to use Vanity URL

We have currently switched off the Keep Me Signed In feature to enable Vanity URL. Would like to know if there is a workaround where the feature can be enabled and also to continue to use Vanity URL. Since there is no way to increase the time limit of active career site session of an active candidate, we are looking for turning on the Keep Me Signed In feature.

Has anyone faced this and how was it resolved? Appreciate your inputs.
