Career site / Minimal template/ Media/ how to adapt width/height ratio

Summary:

We want to add media in our Details page, but there is black sidebars on either side of the image (logo)

Content (required):

In the documentation I can read that the Minimal template , allows for a width/height ratio which allows the media to be resized and avoid dead space,

but how to do this?
