Dear Oracle Experts,

Overview of Activation Criteria:

The sample provided by Oracle for task activation based on previous task input is limited to the text field, which does not fulfill our requirements.



The issue we facing:

We have a requirement to initiate a task based on the previous task input. Please refer to our process below:

We have created a checklist and the checklist category is "Enterprise onboarding step" and we've many tasks for this checklist as below:

Task 1: Employment Agreement (Task Type: Questionnaire)

  • Question: Will the Pending Worker be accompanied by their dependent(s)?
  • Answer LOV: Yes/No

Task 2: Visa and Relocation Approval
