Guided Journey - Help with modal window properties in Checklist. Can pop-up window be bypassed?

Summary:

We have implemented the two Guided Journeys for the Benefits module. We received good feedback from the Benefits Team, but they are requesting when clicking on the document or video, that it should just open. Currently it opens a separate window with a link that must also be clicked.

Is there a way to bypass the popup window and directly open the document either by using the "Set Modal Window Properties" box in the Checklist set-up, or some other method?

What we want is when an Employee clicks on one of these documents...

They would not get a pop-up box with a link, but the document itself would just open.
