Calibration of performance ratings using workforce compensation

Are anyone leveraging the Workforce Compensation product functionality to support performance ratings calibration? If yes, do you mind sharing your experience and feedback from your system administrator (regarding to setup and maintenance effort) and end users feedback (regarding how easy to use the tool). Since these are two different products, and the calibration process can't be included as one of the performance task in the performance review process flow, I would imagine it might cause confusion for managers and maybe more work for HR to monitor the progress.
