Hi for the legal employer we have 2 programs

  1. 401k program (automatic , no electability)
  2. benefits program

when the new hire is processed from enrolment page or trough evaluation reporting , we are getting the life vent in started status. But with scheduled daily batch process, the new hires done in past dates are not getting evaluated . it is coming to processed and closed status.

401k program are getting evaluated and the default enrolments started but for the benefits program we are not able to enroll since it is in closed status and while reopening it gives the error saying no electability.

** when the life event is reprocessed , it comes in started status.
