How to add Instruction Text with 2000 Characters

Summary:

We have a requirement in smart form, there will be instruction text for the campus requester which exceeds 2000 characters, but in seeded it only allows 150 characters, is there any possibility to add 2000 more characters in smart form.

Also we tried to add through information template like instruction 1, instruction 2, but these DFF values flown to PO which is not expected, they want the DFF values to flow to PO but not the information template instructions, is there any way we can achieve this? please help
