Summary:

We are not able to do eligibility override since life event status is in processed and closed status

Content (required):

we have configured a plan not in program and there is a eligibility defined such that employee should be less than 65 years of age to be eligible for the benefit plan. For an exceptional case, we need to enroll an employee who is more than 65 years old. But when we process the life event, it is going into processed and closed status since the employee is not eligible for the plan and no enrollment window is open. So we are not getting an option to do eligibility override. Any help on this would be much appreciated.
