Remove/ default visibility option of Anytime Feedback

Hello All,
Is it possible to remove the option for a feedback provider to choose who the feedback is visible to?
Is it possible to configure an option in the application to default it to just one of the options- for eg. set Feedback to be visible to everyone by default and not let the feedback provider change it.
Is there a way to bring in Feedback into Goal details pages?
Is it possible to limit feedback to feedback provided during a review period instead of showing feedback for all previous years?
