Goal:

How to Prevent Use Of Advanced Collection Cloud Service ?

Client doesn't have subscription for Advanced collections but want to send standard Dunning letters.

What roles can be / should be assigned to users to be able to send dunning letters without causing the use of Advanced Collections?

According to dunning letter documentation for running Dunning Letters we should use Collections Agent and Collection Manager roles, but these roles are causing Advanced Collections Cloud Subscription to be marked as in use.
