Does the plan reflect the updated manager through Administer Worker > Status and Hierarchy?
We have updated the Primary Worksheet Manager of the employee through Administer Worker, Status and Hierarchy tab.
Without running the Refresh, the employee was transferred to the new Primary Worksheet Manager, however, the Manager column in the plan did not update. We are in 23A but has this always been the case since previous release? Do we always need to run refresh to update the Manager column in the plan?
