Individual Performance Goals Weightages to be fix when entered by the employee.

Summary:

I am looking after a very corner case and need suggestions if anyone has come across such requirement and have handled situation like this. Help is required for the requirement: when the employee is entering the goal, we need to assign the weightage automatically and employees should not have ability to edit the weightages.

Business requirement is to use the Weightages functionality for goals with following criteria:

1. There will be 3 goals that will be assigned to Employees in a goal plan, and will have total of 40% weightage.
