Self Service communicated value incorrect
We have a requirement to display the monthly deductions for a health plan on the self service pages. The amount that is entered by the employee is an annual amount, which is deducting correctly per month in Payroll. However, the amount shown on the self service pages is not reflecting this but it displaying the per pay period basis instead. I.e, is looking at how many months are left in the year as per the calendar/fiscal years we have set up on the plan.
Would anyone know how to resolve this issue and know how to display the correct monthly deductions instead?
