Seeking a solution to edit individual goals with completed status in the approved goal plan.
Once the performance document has been created for an employee, the approved goal plan is copied to the performance document. However, the employee still can edit the individual goal in the goal settings and update the performance document. But, it's with the condition where the individual goal status is not completed. The employee cannot edit the individual goal if they have set the status to complete. The manager and performance manager also faced the challenges to update the individual goal with completed status.
