Web services to invoke custom ess jobs and download the output.

We need to share the bip report output with a third party system. Instead of sharing the file via SFTP, we are considering creating an custom ess job for the bip report and downloading the output via webserices.

Is there a soap API that allows us to call a custome ess job and download the output? It would be greatly appreciated if you could share the sample payload and the name of the webserices.
