Annual leave accrual issues where enrolment has end date

Our annual leave year runs from 1st April-31st March. We're currently trying to use Enrolment End Date to allow staff on short fixed term appointments to view their annual leave balance correctly, i.e. if contract is due to end on 30th September, this is entered as the enrolment end date and employees can view pro-rata entitlement when they view balance as at 30th September.

However, there is a difference in behaviour when the employee's hire date is 1st April (start date of annual leave year) versus any date after 1st April. Where the start date = 1st April and the enrolment is end dated, the Annual Accrual remains as the full year accrual amount and when viewed as at 30th September, the remaining balance is correct. When the start date > 1st April, the Annual Accrual is changing to the pro-rata amount, instead of remaining as the full year amount.
