Benefits: How to set up Global Transfer Life Event in an Unrestricted Program?

Hello,

We have an unrestricted program named 'Fondation Chantecler'.

We have a requirement that upon Global Transfer, the employee should have the same plan and options chosen.

Example: Employee works in Company A and chose option X. Now, employee is transfered to Company B.

We want that the unrestricted enrollment should be same that is keeping the same option X chosen.

Since this is unrestricted program, we're aware that we cannot add life events.

Can someone suggest an idea on how to make this requirement work?
