Summary: Where are the Oracle Field Service 23A Release Notes

Since the migration to My Oracle Support in March 2023 finding release notes for Oracle Field Service is, to put it mildly, "quite problematic". Old links are dead or no longer updated. Navigation within the new site is not intuitive and searches don't yield what we are looking for. We understand that it is new (or at least new for Field Service support) and there might be some bumps along the way. However, we aren't experiencing "bumps" ... what we seem to have are huge, immovable, impassable mountains making for a disastrous customer experience.
