DB Item name for fetching Average score from Questionnaire section in Performance document

Hi Team,

Subject: Need to know the DB item name for fetching overall score from Questionnaire Section (It is scored and calculation method is Average).

We have a requirement as follows to calculate the Overall Performance rating.

Section 1: Goal section Average 

Section 2: Competencies Section Average

Section 3: Questionnaire Section Average.

As we all know, we can have only 2 sections in the Performance document and attach weightage to it and that has to sum upto 100. So we need to segregate 100% only with Goals and Competencies.

If we need to add weightage to 3rd section, we need to achieve using Fast Formula only in the Overall Summary section of Performance document.
