Managers Receive Absence Withdrawn Notification When Time Transferred to Payroll/Time Card Submitted

After 23A, more managers are reporting that they are receiving Absence Withdrawn notifications when our Payroll Team transfers time to Payroll and after an Employee Submits their Time Card for Approval.

After 23A, more managers are reporting that they are receiving Absence Withdrawn notifications when our Payroll Team transfers time to Payroll and after an Employee Submits their Time Card for Approval.

The Employee did not withdraw their absence request and it does not show as withdrawn in the Absence module. The withdrawn absence notifications are causing confusion to the Managers and the Employees. Has anyone else experienced this? If yes, could you share what you did to fix it in your pods? Thanks in advance!
