To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Disqualifying a candidate

edited Apr 18, 2023 8:44AM in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace 1 comment

Summary:

Hello,

We have setup few disqualification questions. On incorrectly answering any of the questions, the system does not stop the candidate. The candidate is allowed to complete the application and after submitting it, they are directly moved to the rejected status of the first phase as per system behavior.

We have a notification that triggers when a candidate is rejected, this notification states that their education/qualification/experience does not match hence they are rejected. But when somebody is disqualified we do not want the same communication to be sent. We would like to send a different message, please advise how to proceed further.

Howdy, Stranger!
