We are trying to leverage the 23A new feature - Add and Remove Person Profile Competencies in Performance Documents.

We have created Performance Document with Person Profile competencies.

Employee and manager both are able to see 'Add' button in the Person Profile competency section of Performance document; however, no values are shown in List of values to add the competency.

Is any profile option needed to be enabled or role/privilege needs to be assigned?

This is mentioned as enhancement feature in Cloud Readiness document hence no steps to enable; so we were assuming that nothing needs to be done; still anything from setup or pre-requisite needed will help us explore this feature?
