Remove Due Date using Page Composer

Summary:

Is it possible to remove the due date from the performance document using page composer? We are using this date to accomplish sending notifications a few days before when it's actually due, but the actual date is not the actual due date, so we don't want to confuse the manager population. We'd rather not have it visible at all.
