When Approver "Request More Information" for any transaction,bell notification doesn't shows message

Hi Everyone,

Approver has selected action "Request More Information" with some message, submitter is getting this notification in-App, but there they can't see the message about what information is requested but in email, this message is available. Same way when submitter submits the additional information, approver is getting in-app notification but he/she can't see the details provided by submitter. Is there any setup we need to do for same? or Request more information message can be reviewed only through email? Please suggest.
