In Performance document, have overall summary manual rating, can we show description of rating model

I followed the navigation: My Team- Career and Performance - Evaluate Performance-Performance doc- Overall Summary-Edit
getting performance rating level name, and short description. Is it possible to show rating description. In our case rating level name, short description is same, description has 300 plus characters, short description allowed max 240 characters.
So is it possible rating level name and description in dropdown, when manager give manual rating.
