Which role / Privilege is required to have Talent related functions under My Client Groups

Summary:

Dear Team,

I need to access "Profile Rating Models" under Talent in the Quick Actions of My Client Groups.

But, I did not find Talent header in the Quick actions of My Client Groups.

Could you please let me know which role / privilege that I need to add to have Talent functions in the My Client Groups Quick Actions.
