I need to personalize performance document actions based on Review Period or PA Document name by EL

Summary: I need to personalize performance document actions (Cancel/create/reopen/Transfer PA doc) based on "Review Period" or "PA Document name" by EL expression using Page Composer. How can I customize this requirement?

Intension is No HRBP can take action on previous years performance documents. So I want to enable Actions only for current Review Period or Performance Documents.

If this is possible from page composer by EL expression, please suggest me the relevant EL expression.
