Probation performance documents getting created when no probation period set in Fusion
Summary:
We've had two staff members come from another government department on Fusion. As they passed probation at the other department we do not set a probation completion period on the 'Assignment screen'.
Fusion will create probation documents for them, as Fusion is not recognising they are not eligible.
Even if the documents are deleted, the next time the 'Eligibility batch process' is run the documents are added.
The only way around this is if we force the documents to be ineligible for the user.
Can I check if anyone else has this issue, and if there is a resolution?
