Total compensation statement fields return blank values
Hello,
I created total compensation statement with custom fields based on compensation items (some with calculations, some with hardcoded values to be returned). I created fields in the comp category using those items.
When I test the items, values are returned correctly (value and date). However when I generate compensation statement it is all blank and statement does not show any values (example: "Bonus: <?bonus_val?>" ends up with "Bonus: ").
There are no errors nor warnings during statement generation. This is the case for multiple employees, but not for all.
Could you please have an idea what can I check and where to look to find a root cause?
