Can we have only one cookie banner/google analytics setup in client site x oracle career site

Our setup is to use the original website of the business then connect it with the oracle career site. When a candidate clicks on the all job listing on the original site, the candidate will be redirected to the oracle career site to apply. We currently have a separate cookie banner in the oracle career site but the client also has a cookie banner set up in their own business site. The issue is want to use only ONE cookie banner/google analytics setup. Would that be possible?
