Ability to change plan option automatically in loss of eligibility event

Summary:

Content (required):

Hi all,

We have an event detection that posts 'loss of eligibility' when a dependent reaches the age of 26. We want to see where the plan option should change automatically.

For example employee selects family option to cover spouse and 1 child. When age out happens the child drops coverage, but family coverage is still elected. We want to see that the option automatically goes to Employee+Spouse option without manual intervention.

I have wrote a fast formula but it is not triggering the above mentioned conditions. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Formula Type: PostElection Edit
