Other Recruiting Message Provider - OAUTH Bearer Token Expiry

edited May 26, 2023 6:56PM in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace 4 comments

Summary:

We are not using Twilio or Syniverse as the provider for Recruiting SMS Messaging. But using Other Provider i.e Azure Communication Service. This question is around using bearer tokens for authentication of the web service.

As such the tokens are short lived. We do not see anyway to get this token generated again and again in the setup in Oracle.

How would it work then?

For Syniverse, we can see Bearer Tokens are used for authentication. Has someone used Syniverse and utilized the non-expired tokens? Please let us know.
