Does Self Service Procurement support Multi Row Extensible Flex Fields

Trying to figure out if self service procurement has the ability to support multi row extensible flex fields.

Content (required):

User wants to add multiple suggested suppliers for review by the buyer during requisition processing. Thought about using a mutli row table to allow the additional information (does not need to be validated against supplier records) but cannot seem to find information on the ability to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
