Restricted visibility to actions on Journeys based on Area of Responsability

Hello experts,

We were wondering whether there is a possibility to restrict the access to the actions of Journeys and Journeys' Tasks (as Delete/Edit/Remind exc.) based on the Area of Responsibilities.

Our client has this need since they have different levels of HR, some are allowed to edit/delete tasks/journeys, others should not be able to do it.

Currently, is there a way to approach the need?
